Our Mission: Strengthening Hawaii's Hispanic Business Community and Fostering Economic, Social and Cultural Development for all.
Out Vision: Promote and strengthen the economic welfare of the Hispanic business and professional community in Hawaii and the mainstream society. We plan to accomplish this vision by supporting proactive activities in the areas of: 1) Hispanic education; civic leadership and community development; and 2) by creating business opportunities for our members. We also plan to become the leading voice for Hispanic businesses and professionals in Hawaii.
Promote the economic development of HCCH members by networking, educating and developing leaders to serve as the leading force in Hawaii's Hispanic market; Advance business, civic, commercial, industrial, agricultural, international trade, and economic development interests in the state of Hawaii; Promote and develop business leadership, economic opportunities in the domestic and international areas, and advocacy for Hispanic-owned, and member-owned, businesses; Promote and disseminate selected business and public data/information to members, and the public - as determined by our board of directors -- through all technical and technological means available; Promote and develop Hispanic conferences, conventions, seminars, and trade expositions; Develop and promote the success of Hispanic, and other minority students, by serving as business role models for the community; Develop, promote and record the advances and contributions made by Hispanic entrepreneurs, and associated businesses, in the state of Hawaii; Develop and promote access and linkage to the Hispanic market, and associated markets and consumers; and, Develop, promote and cooperate with other persons and organizations whose goal and purposes are charitable, educational, and/or compatible with those stated herein.
I understand membership in the HCCH constitutes an established business relationship. HCCH has my permission to communicate with me or my firm through various means, including email and fax, on matters concerning the Chamber.
Membership in the HCCH is a sound business investment. Annual membership dues are based on an approved fair share assessment formula. For most members, the HCCH investment is deductible as an ordinary business expense, but it is not deductible as a charitable
contribution for federal income tax.
I pledge my membership investment dues and agree to pay this amount of dues, to be collected annually, in advance.
I understand membership shall be for one year from the acceptance date and shall continue until cancelled in writing to the Board of
Directors or the Board's removal of the subscriber from the active member list.
