I understand there are risks associated with having a lash tint and/or eyebrow tint. I further understand that as part of the procedure, eye irritation, eye pain, eye itching, discomfort, and in rare cases allergic reaction, eye infection, blindness or blurriness could occur. I freely assume these risks.

I prepared my eye and/or eyebrow area prior to my arrival. (Eyelashes and/or eyebrows should be clean, dry, and free of mascara, makeup, and oil residue. If you attend your appointment without proper preparation, Elizaveta Neginskaya Signature Brows and Beauty Studio cannot guarantee lasting or satisfactory results.

I understand that, while every attempt will be made to provide me with my chosen color, everyone’s hair absorbs color differently and my final results may not be the color I initially wanted.

For optimum results avoid water, steam, mascara, and other skin care products around your eye and/or eyebrow area for 24 hours after the application.

I understand that over the course of several weeks, the tint will gradually lighten and fade. Re-tinting will be required to keep the new color fresh. Most clients need to re-tint every 3-4 weeks.
