Releasing business related fears
Work through the following steps and fill in the blanks where prompted...
The first part is to recognise and contextualise the fear.
What is your main business related fear about?
What is this fear stopping you from doing?
How are your clients and/or the world missing out from you not doing what the fear is holding you back from?

Describe how your fear has changed...
What is underlying your fear, can it be broken up into specific aspects, or maybe it is already one aspect?

The next step is to use a powerful visualisation / energy technique to release the fear. For more info read 'Your hands can heal you' by Master Stephen Co.
Practice this powerful technique to release the fear, or aspect of your fear, from your system...
Imagine a whiteboard a few feet in front of you
Put your hands each side of your head and then move them forwards in a throwing motion whilst imagining the fear coming our of your mind and landing on the whiteboard
Visualise or imagine the fear on the whiteboard as an image, movie scene or just words
Bring your hands down in front of you from the head to waist level with the bottom of the hands facing down in a cutting motion like scissors crossing over each other, say cut, cut, cut, and feel the fear being cut off from your system
Tap the top of your head and then wave the palms of your hands across the whiteboard and imagine brilliant white light coming out of them and disintegrating the representation of the fear on the whiteboard, go from bottom to top then top to bottom whilst saying "erase and disintegrate, erase and disintegrate...", then use the same approach to erase the whiteboard
Hold your palms facing upwards and feel the courage, strength or motivation, whatever it is for you that needs to replace the fear, flooding your body, really feel it in your system, and smile :)
Repeat 3-5 times
Do this at least once a day, up to 3x per day, for as long as necessary. If you do this you will be amazed at how the fear will release
In your weekly review (start this if you don't already) jot down how the fear is changing over the coming weeks and months. Move onto a new fear if necessary once the first has dissipated
Take the next right action of integrity...
Now the fear has reduced in power, take the first step towards your goals.
Think about one step that you can now take to move towards your goals that this fear was holding you back from. Write this down...
Now write down when you are going to do it and who you are going to share this with to help you be accountable...
