Buyer should be prepared to go to contract within 2 business days of their offer. Be aware that an earnest deposit of $30,000 will be required to enter into a Purchase Agreement. Contracts will be written on Avimor’s in-house Purchase Agreement which is available for viewing at the Avimor Sales Office during normal sales office hours - daily 10 AM to 5 PM. Include as much information as possible on the Offer Form as all information will be considered.
