Tattoo design process

At this time Julia does offer tattoos in color. Please keep in mind this is limited to outlines in color, or small areas of color.

Julia will not be doing cover-up tattoos at this time. If you're wanting a tattoo over scar tissue please describe the scar below in the description section with a photo of the scar. Julia will then decide if she can work over the scar. Thankyou!

Please take your time when filling out the form below. Make sure your email and info is typed correctly as this is how Julia will contact you. Please be thorough and transparent with you ideas.

Julia will be giving estimated quotes based on each design(s). Please be aware Julia's minimum is $150 -$200. A quote is an estimated amount, the final total could be less or more.

A non-refundable e-transfer deposit of $80 is required for all bookings. This deposit is to ensure you are serious about booking your appointment and it will be deducted from the final cost.*

If you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact Julia via email, a minimum 48 hours notice is required. If you need to reschedule, must be made within a week of initial appointment. Please note deposits are non-refundable.*

All tattoo work is custom. Julia does not do drawing viewings ahead of time (in person or over email). There is always time for minor changes/adjustments the day of your appointment. If you are unsatisfied with the design or want to move in a different direction please understand that in doing so the deposit is forfeited.*

As Julia works ahead of time to create your tattoo please note that if you are now wanting a different design, a new deposit may be required.*

Please contact Julia via email if you are going to be late. Being more than 20 minutes late to your appointment may result in the forfeit of your deposit as well as the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required to re-book any appointments that were cancelled for tardiness or marked as no-show.*

While learning the techniques of tattooing, Julia guarantees her work as an artist, with this knowledge you understand the healed design may need touch-ups. In other circumstances people heal differently, or damage their piece with scratches. Please be sure to follow the Aftercare Instructions given. Julia does not provide free touch ups (unless otherwise discussed with Julia). Please fill out a touch up form.*
