Do you have a preferred stylist?
If you have a preferred stylist we will look to book you with them when they are available as soon after your requested time. Busier stylists may be harder to book in with. If you don’t mind who does your hair, we will look for the closest time to your original request.

This must be done no less than 48 hours before the colour service. It is for your safety and comfort. It only takes a couple of minutes to do, and doesn’t require an appointment
