Brochures are available in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to cap all orders at 15 varieties or less, pending availability. Please write the full title name and item number of each item when you order. Do not abbreviate or we may be unable to locate what you have requested. Substitutions may be made for titles that are no longer available. Pamphlet orders are filled once every two weeks and shipped via untracked FedEx. Please do not place multiple orders, if you need to adjust an order reach out to customer service at cdc@act-ct.org.
