Fill out the form below to submit a renewal request for your interlibrary loan (ILL) item. Please submit renewal requests at least three business days before the item is due. Due date extension is at the discretion of the lending library. Once the lending library has approved (or denied) a renewal request, we will contact you with the new due date or let you know if the item must be returned. Please be aware that it may take several business days for the lending library to respond to our request.
