I hereby grant Tropic kids clothing the permission to use My my/My childs rep Photographs , either wholly or in part, for publication in advertising materials, websites, blogs, portfolios, display, or any other promotional methods for Tropic kids clothing  with any retouching or alteration without restriction.

I will not prosecute or institute proceedings, claims or demands against Tropic kids clothing  in respect to any usage of the above mentioned photographs. I hereby release the companh named above from all claims and liability relating to my /My childs images, video or photographs

I have read this Photo release form carefully and fully understand its terms, meanings, and implications.

If a subject is under 18, please provide parent/legal guardian signature.

I am the parent or legal guardian of the above mentioned minor(s) and have the legal right and authority to execute the above release on behalf of the minor.
