All NEW Spring team members are given a shooting vest from the Booster Club. Please indicate what size vest you prefer.

If you have volunteered to be a NEW Coach, the Booster Club will provide a vest for you too. Please indicate the size you need and the name you want on the back. For example: Coach Jay, Coach Tainter, Coach, Tainter, etc....

All NEW Shooters participating in the Spring League for the first time will require a uniform at a cost of $30. This is OPTIONAL for returning Shooters who may want to replace their current uniform for whatever reason. Please indicate which size uniform shirt you would like.

EQUIPMENT INFORMATION
Each Athlete is provided 2 cases of ammo as part of the registration fee. A maximum of 2 additional cases of ammo can be purchased for $80 per case. Due to ammo shortages and increased costs, we do need to limit additional purchases and increase the per case cost for additional cases. ADDITIONAL AMMO IS TO BE USED FOR YOUTH PRACTICE - IT IS NOT FOR RESALE OR PERSONAL USE.

The waiver included in the handbook will be signed and handed in at the team meeting. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

Burnsville Blaze Trap Shooting Booster Club

The goal of the Booster Club is to organize fundraising events and opportunities for athletes and their families and to give back to the community that so generously supports the team. By becoming a member, you will be part of a group that strives to help grow and ensure the longevity of our team. Membership is open to adult parents or legal guardians of a Burnsville Blaze Trap Shooting athlete, program coaching staff and/or adult program volunteers. The Booster Club's ANNUAL Membership Fee of $25 for each member.
