Exterior envelope, plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, structure. Thermal imaging and black light are included as standard in all our inspections. You may notice we offer additional services. Homes up to 2000 sqft are charged at base rate of $400 Larger homes are charged at $0.10 per sqft in addition to the base rate up to 5000 sqft. For larger or multi family homes please call for pricing. Please note above price is as a guide and we reserve the right to change fee due to location, age and scope of work. Weekend inspection requests incur a $50.00 fee.

*Depending on square footage this fee may vary. Rooms will be inspected under the relevant sections of the report and labelled as ADU. We reserved the right to change stated fee based on sqft foot, and scope of work.
Barns/Shops. $50. Per Structure
Electrical outlets, lighting, and additional breaker panels, exterior, and structure are included within this fee.
Radon Monitoring $150.00 5 DAY Monitoring Period.*
PLEASE READ. Due to local geology this service is highly advised. Ideally performed during the heating system months of the year. We will aim for perform a 4/5 day monitoring period, wherever possible. EPA requires a minimum 42 hr period. An additional $150 will be added to the inspection fee to provide this service. Plus any additional mileage charge required for equipment collection.
Water Quality Testing. $250.00 Per Sample Set x3
PLEASE ALLOW 10 DAYS FOR FULL REPORT. THERE WILL BE 3 SEPARATE REPORTS. This is recommended for private/shared wells. Drinking water is tested for pH, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Manganese, Arsenic, and Nitrate and Lead An additional $200 will be added to the inspection fee to provide this service.
Sewer Scope $175 per line
Due to Equipment down time this service will be performed by a third party until our equipment has been repaired. Fees charged at $175 per line if additional line are required to be scoped addition fee charges at $100 per additional line.
Mold Sampling $300 Base Rate Call For Pricing
Air, Tape, And Swab sampling available. Pricing at $150 per sample. Due to the nature of this additional service we can no provide a set fee at booking. Scope of work will be discussed prior to the inspection.
