Refund Policy - Updated for Summer 2021:
We are launching enrollment based on the plan of being able to operate safely and at the expected capacity. However, we know that it is likely we made need to adjust our regular protocols and programming to ensure a safe, enjoyable summer in 2021. With that in mind, we will offer a full refund (minus 15% admin & processing fee) for those for whom plans change for any reason between now and May 1st.
After May 1st, refunds will only be issued if:
*Your child cannot attend camp due to a medical emergency (including if s/he or a member of his/her household tests positive for COVID-19).
*Camp Gan Israel DC needs to close the program due to increased restrictions or a COVID-19 positive case among campers or staff. (Any refund will be prorated to reflect the time during which camp must be closed).
If your child is not able to participate in camp for any other reason, your tuition will be processed as a donation towards our Scholarship Fund.
