We will reply to your email, and if the parts you wish to retun fall within the returns period we will send you an Returns Authorisation Number ( RAN ). Please include a printout of you RAN with your return to help us process it more quickly.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping, and all products remain your responsibility until they are recieved at Hughie Willett Machinery Ltd.
