Welcoming a dog into your home is a significant and long-term commitment. It should never be taken lightly or made on impulse. Please be prepared to take on the financial responsibilities that come with dog ownership—including vaccinations, routine veterinary care, high-quality food, insurance, and more.
I encourage you to answer the questionnaire as thoroughly and honestly as possible. Unanswered questions won't automatically disqualify you, but they may limit my ability to determine the best match for you and the puppy.
