    The Vivid Health Vision is based on the notion that “All things are in life are created twice; first in the imagination, and then in reality.” Just as companies create a vision statement to define who they are and where they are going, so too should individuals, families, and partners. Creating a vivid vision is easy and incredibly impactful, especially when it comes to health, healing and ongoing happiness.

     

    I am so happy you have decided to take this step and create your Vivid Health Vision!

     

    Baseline: What does your life look like now?

     

    What does your life look like now? Describe in detail exactly what it feels like to live in your body and in your mind. Use sensory language (what does it look like, smell like, feel like, taste like, sound like?).

     

     

  • Now Imagine. . . What is your vision of vibrant health? The more specific and detailed, the better How do you look when you are vibrantly healthy? How do you feel? What does health smell like, sound like, taste like?

  • Once you have your vision well defined, find a quiet space and complete the following exercise:


    Close your eyes and imagine your timeline.  If you are situated in the present, where is your past? For some of us, our timeline is situated back to front – meaning that we visualize our past as being directly behind us, while our future is directly ahead of us.  For others, the timeline is situated left to right, or right to left. What does your timeline look like? Where is your past? Is it behind you?  To your left?  To your right?  Once you have situated your past, find your future directly opposite your past.


    Now with your eyes closed, imagine yourself floating above your timeline into the future. Drop down into your future self, two years from today.


    Imagine yourself fully healthy, living your dream. What is it like to inhabit your body in a state of vibrant health and wellbeing?

  • Writing in the present tense and using sensory language, describe exactly how you are experiencing your life, completely healthy, two years from today. Don’t get stuck in how all of this will happen – just know that it will and describe, in detail, your vivid vision for vibrant health.

     

    Start your vision with this sentence:


    It is January 1st 20__ [your date is two years from today], and I am so incredibly grateful for all of the amazing changes that have occurred in my health, and as a result, in my life.

    Remember, your Vivid Health Vision is a living document – print it out and keep it somewhere you will have access to it. The more you interact with it – read it, imagine it, feel it, the quicker it will become your reality.
