  • Note: Trailers/booths whose wiring are not in compliance with the National Electrical Code or are otherwise deemed unsafe due to deterioration, grounding, etc. will not be supplied electricity. Neither the city nor Experience Waterloo will supply drop cords.

  • Tent or Vehicle Space Description

  • Please Note: Vendor support vehicles will not be permitted on vendor sites.

  • Additional fees include: $100 Clean-up Deposit, $100 COVID-19 Compliance Deposit.**

  • *All fees & deposits must be paid in full by June 14, 2021.

    **All vendors will  be required to attend a virtual or in-person training by Black Hawk County Health Department. Dates will be provided upon approval of application.

    Your application cannot be processed unless this form is filled out completely. Details on set up and tear down will be given upon approval.

    later than June 1, 2021.
     

  • Reminders:

    • Maintain the safe practices required by the Black Hawk County Health Department.
    • Bring two garbage cans and bags for waste disposal. 
    • Do NOT dump any grease in city drainage system.
