Small Animal Adoption Application

Our goal at The Baltimore Humane Society is to ensure the best possible match for the adopter and the animal. Each animal has unique characteristics and specific needs. We make every effort to ensure that animals are matched with suitable adopters so they can remain in their new homes for life.

Application Process
1. Complete and submit the below online adoption application
2. Visit the adoptable animal at our Adoption Center during normal visitation hours
3. Speak with an Adoption Counselor to find out more information about the pet of your choice
**Please note: all applications are considered general until the animal has been physically met at the Baltimore Humane Society. We are not able to hold any of our animals for anyone unless they have been physically met and we operate on a first come, first serve basis. **Animals in Foster Homes operate a little differently, so please call us before visiting the Adoption Center.
