This form will guide you through submitting your contribution and providing context to go along with it. It is important to note that if you want a summary of your submission, you must complete the email field to receive it.

Remember, the image you submit should address the prompt of "share with us a photo of a matriarch important to you."

Two other things to remember are...

Submitted photographs should be taken by you! Due to possible issues with copyright and reproduction, we cannot include work by outside artists.

To be included in the virtual exhibit, your submission should be appropriate for all ages.
