General Data Use and Data Privacy Waiver (Data Privacy Protection Act of 2012 - RA 10173 Compliance)

As an applicant of SellerID, you hereby grant SellerID the right to use, access, handle, and process the data inputs provided herein this form for the purposes of collecting contact information, to engage and contact you, and handle this information. SellerID and/or SMP&CO Partners as data handlers and data controllers of the information and data inputs provided herein this application form will conduct itself in a manner compliant with Republic Act 10173. Proceeding after this statement counts towards explicit consent and willful voluntary participation in this application process, and will also be construed to mean explicit consent for the use, access, handling, and processing of an individual's data.

Kindly provide us information about your online accounts, to let us know what are your official accounts.

This will protect you and your customers from posers, scammers, and fake accounts pretending to be you.

Do you wish to display the link to your personal Facebook profile in your SellerID profile?

If yes, we will include a link to your personal Facebook profile in your SellerID Profile.

This will help your customers verify that the Facebook account they're dealing with is really yours and not a poser.

If no, we will keep the link to your Facebook profile on file, but not display it on your SellerID profile.

Proof of Authority to Deal

This legal disclosure with title stated as the SellerID Proof of Authority to Deal (hereafter referred to as "PAD") is to serve as evidence to our Platform (hereafter referred to as "SellerID") that you the undersigned applicant agent (hereafter referred to as "Agent") have received consent and authority on behalf of your Principal (hereafter referred to as "Principal") to deal, transact, represent, or otherwise conduct business on their behalf as stated by the approved scope and limitations stated below;

SellerID reserves the right to verify the claims and disclosures made here in this PAD with the Principal at anytime over the course of the stated transaction validity period, and beyond for purposes of audit, compliance, and to ensure that the platform and services are being used fairly in accordance with the Master Services Agreement that you the Agent have consented to;

SellerID informs the Agent that all disclosures and representations made herein this PAD will be accepted at face value as true and correct bonafide; any misrepresentations or fraudulent statements constitute malicious false statements and is a criminal offence under Article 180 of the Revised Penal Code.

This is our highest level of verification. Our agent will schedule a Zoom video call with you and we will record your verification video. Comes with free hard copy SellerID badges with free nationwide delivery.

To proceed with Verified Registration, complete submission of company documents is required

We accept the following IDs:

Your ID is kept on file, but will never be publicly shown. We will not display your ID on your SellerID Profile or on any other publicly-accessible platform.

Selfie Verification

To prove you are a legit seller, we need a selfie with your on-hand stocks, of your performing a service, of your business facilities and equipment, etc.

For sellers of stocked/on-hand goods:

Take a selfie with your products

For sellers of food cooked to order or services such as graphic design, sastre, made-to-order goods, etc:

Take a selfie of you performing your service.

For example, if you're a graphic designer, take a selfie with your computer running Photoshop, Illustrator, etc;

If you cook, take a selfie of you cooking your specials, or with you and your ingredients and kitchen;

If you make made-to-order goods, such as tailoring/sastre, take a selfie with your raw materials, sewing kit, etc.

Kindly make sure that your face is fully and clearly visible in the selife.
Please do not wear coverings like caps, masks, sunglasses, etc.

Order Hard Copy SellerID Badges

All SellerID applicants will receive digital downloadable badges that they can insert in their product photos when listing online.

We also offer a set of hard copy badges for purchase. One set of badges is an additional PHP 599 with free nationwide delivery.
