Recharge Winter Camp is a program for church youth groups and is not available for individual registration. All reservations are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please check our availability below before selecting a weekend.

Terms & Conditions

Charge for Submissions:
Groups will be charged in full for the numbers entered in this registration form. Groups may contact us at camp@wol.ca at any time after submission of this form to add additional spots (dependent on availability).

Deposits & Reservations:
A spot cannot be reserved without a $50 deposit. All reservations are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Deposits are non-refundable.

Admission Fee & Discounts:
Individual admission to Recharge Winter Camp is $135. Groups will be invoiced for their total and not on an individual basis. Each group is eligible for the free admission of 1 male leader and 1 female leader. A $5 discount is applied to each reservation for groups bringing 20 or more campers.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Refunds for cancellations may be issued upon request. The deposit in non-refundable and an administrative fee of $25 will be applied for all refunds.

Responsibility to Supervise:
Groups are responsible for providing appropriate supervision for their campers. Word of Life Canada is not responsible for providing "camp counsellors" or direct supervision of campers. As a guideline, we recommend 1 leader for every 5 campers.

Admission Requirements:
Every participant of Recharge Winter Camp must complete the guest registration form 2 weeks in advance of their arrival.

Property Damage Bills:
Groups will be billed for any verified property damage(s) incurred by a member of their party. Invoices may vary. If any incident occurs, groups may submit a claim at Customer Service or send an email to camp@wol.ca.
