Pilot Licensing Registration

PPHGA is the sport's governing body for Paragliding and Hang Gliding, an umbrella organization of the Philippine National Air Sports Control (3Dash), affiliated to the FAI and a member of the Philippine Olympic Committee
Important Information:

- Certifying Instructor must possess a valid PPHGA license or a valid license from an issuing NAC.

- Incomplete submission of documents of proof of flying and training proficiency records will not be processed.

- Verification and processing of new license application and proficiency upgrade is 10 - 15 working days upon submission while renewal of exisitng licenses is around 5 - 7 working days.

- Multiple entries are not allowed.

- One application (entry) per mobile device or per web browser

- One application per pilot

- Clear Cache/Cookies if you want to use the same device/web browser for another application
