Join us for an IWCF “Unconscious Bias for Conscious Philanthropists” workshop, an opportunity to explore our individual unconscious bias with other IWCF members. (Spoiler alert: We all have unconscious bias and don’t need to be ashamed or feel guilty. Instead we can learn to better recognize it and dismantle it!) Through this interactive workshop, we will find ways to reduce the negative impact of unconscious bias and related topics that affect our work as philanthropists. We will also discuss how we can take action to address bias in our communities.

WORKBOOK: A week before the workshop, you will be emailed a copy of a 10-page color workbook. Participants will need to print and have the workbook available for instructions and notetaking during the workshop. If you would like the IWCF office to print and mail the workbook to you (at no charge) instead of printing it yourself, please let us know below.
