Animal Lost and Found Report
If you are reporting more than one pet, please use a separate form for each one. The pet’s photo and information will be posted on the Humane Society of West Michigan's website.

You will need a photo of the pet in order to post. Please post a photo of the pet only, not a flyer. Use a clear (not blurry) picture, preferably a full body of the pet.

If you are posting a found pet and would like to keep certain markings secret in order to help prove ownership, you may post a photo of only the pet's face. However, A PHOTO OF THE ACTUAL PET IS REQUIRED.

Please crop out any distractions such as people, children furniture and other pets.
