Completing an application and interviewing with HAVEN NANNY SERVICES, LLC does not in any way guarantee an applicant a position with this company.Applicant agrees to have a current CPR and First Aid Certification and provide proof of same to HAVEN NANNY SERVICES, LLC within sixty (60) days of signing this Contract.Applicant agrees to be prompt to all HAVEN NANNY SERVICES, LLC and family interviews and agrees to wear proper attire.Applicant agrees to call HAVEN NANNY SERVICES, LLC immediately after all family interviews, without exception.Applicant agrees to pay the full price of their background check if there is information found therein that is not consistent with the information found during the application and vetting process.No applicant is allowed to begin their position with a family, whether it is temporary or permanent, until receiving authorization from HAVEN NANNY SERVICES, LLC. If the applicant begins work without authorization from HAVEN NANNY SERVICES, LLC the applicant agrees to pay all fees due under the contract if uncollected from the employer.Applicant shall provide true, complete and accurate information on all HAVEN NANNY SERVICES, LLC application materials.
