PLEASE NOTE:

Our admin hours are 9am-4pm, Tuesday-Friday.

Daycare is open 7:30am-5:30PM.

Any enquiries made outside of our admin hours will not be seen until the following working day. Please understand when booking last minute we may not be able to accomodate your preferences, and reserve the right to deny your request. Please check that your booking has been APPROVED before arriving to avoid missing out. (This is will be a seperate notification to your confirmation email) 

All daycare dogs doing a FULL DAY must arrive by 9:30am. This allows for the dogs to settle in for the day without too many disruptions. 

Cancellation/No show or late pick up/drop off fees may apply.
