Create habits to be successful.

· Identify goals and make a plan that you can follow each day, while checking off the goals that you accomplished. Without a plan, you won’t be successful.

If training is important to you, then get up and train each day because if you don’t your competitors are training and getting better. Find your passion, be obsessive about it, and be great!
