1- On arrival do initial observations of the work area and activities being undertaken, indicate safe working practices?*
2- Has the daily Risk Assessment been completed?*
3- Is the relevant documentation on site? (Vehicle pack, job pack etc)*
4- Is there evidence of spray markings / CAT/GENNY usage?*
5- Is the site tidy and all equipment within work area?*
6- Is all Sign, Lighting and Guarding (SLG) in place?*
7- Are relevant permit and notice boards on display? *

8- Are Gas Detection Units being used correctly and within calibration date?*
9- Is there relevant accreditations / training on site?*
10- Is there the correct PPE on site, in good condition and used when necessary?*
11- Are there suitable welfare facilities available?*
12 - Do all engineers and supervisors on site know the Map Group accident/incident reporting procedure?*
13- Is there suitable emergency provisions on site (1st aid kit, fire extinguisher) ?*
14- Is all equipment on site fit for purpose, inspected and within test/calibration date?*
15- Are all plant and tools being used correctly on site ?*
16- Are all environmental aspects controlled on site?*
17- Are all manual handling tasks being completed correctly and relevant lifters on site, in good condition?*
18- Are Working at Height activities being completed safely?*
19- Is Confined Space work being completed safely, using the correct equipment?*
20- Are all vehicles on site, including MEWP’s, in good condition, being used for the correct task and loaded correctly?*
21- Are all pandemic (COVID-19) precautions being observed and adhered to?*
