Steel Valley Homes to determine payment credit amount and payment date. This authorization it to remain in full force and effect until Steel Valley Homes has received written notification from me (or either of us) of its termination in such time and in such manners as to afford Steel Valley Homes and DEPOSITORY a reasonable opportunity to act on it.
