  • NEA’s Standards of Conduct protect individuals involved in NEA events from discriminatory or harassing speech, harmful or offensive speech based on protected characteristics (including race, age, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity or expression), inappropriate nudity or sexual imagery, stalking, harassing photography or recording, uninvited touching or groping or other assault, real or implied threat of physical harm, or other similar conduct.  By filling out this form, I am attesting that I have been subjected to the conduct detailed below which I believe violates these Standards of Conduct.
