Please be aware any corrugation could result in additional fees for wear and tear of equipment unless previously advised and agreed upon. These extra charges could be as much as $500 - $1000 dependent on damage occurred.
Weather Conditions
Please be aware that if adverse weather conditions occur while we are performing uncovered outdoors, we will need to cease operations and safeguard all band equipment with a tarp until the weather clears. In the case of weather-related cancellations within one week of the event, the full invoice amount will remain payable, irrespective of the duration of the performance. We bear no responsibility for interruptions or cancellations due to our exposure to weather conditions.
