Artist Agreement: I agree to the terms of the 2021 prospectus and by my signature attest that my work was created from original sources. No purchased stock/internet/published photos as references were used. Family-friendly images only. These paintings have not been shown in any previous WVWS exhibit. I also agree that images of my work may be used to promote the exhibit or be reproduced for publicity purposes. I am at least 18 years of age.

In addition, so you will have a convenient record of your submission, to facilitate entry payments (which still need to be mailed), and create painting tags, after you hit the Submit button, you will have the the option to download your completed form or email it to yourself.

Whichever option you choose, be sure to print the form, then cut out and mail the top section with your entry fee (this will help with entry tracking).
