GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION
Any participation in a session organised by the Yacht Club de Monaco implies that the candidate accepts the content of the training course communicated to him/her.
PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
The cost of the complete and in situ training is 1800€ + vat.
The cost of an individual in situ module is 250€ + vat.
The cost of the complete online training is 1000€ + vat.
The cost of an online module is 150€ + vat.
The proforma invoice is sent to the participant upon receipt of the registration form duly completed.
Payment can be made
- by cheque
- in cash or by credit card at the Yacht Club de Monaco head office
- by bank transfer, indicating the references of the invoice
The final invoice is sent to the participant as soon as the payment is received.
POSTPONEMENT OF TRAINING
The Yacht Club de Monaco reserves the right to cancel a training session if the minimum number of participants to open the course is not reached. In this case, the candidate will be informed as soon as possible. His registration is automatically postponed to the next session.
ABSENCE - CANCELLATION
No discount will be granted in case of absence(s) during the training session.
Any cancellation by telephone and confirmed in writing, made more than 15 days before the beggining of the course, will authorize a refund or a postponement.
Any cancellation by telephone and confirmed in writing, made less than 15 days before the beggining of the course, will not allow any reimbursement, except in case of "force majeure". The candidate's registration will automatically be postponed to the next session.
