Duties:
1. Processing of online orders and notification when fulfillment occurs
2. Communication and problem solving with customers with their orders
3. Answering phone calls
4. Consulting with customers and providing solutions for their situation
5. Arrange pick up and deliveries for customers
6. Receive payments at time of purchase
7. Manage appointment reservations
8. Loading of product into customer vehicles
9. Shifts are Mon-Sat. Saturdays will be required with a day off during the week, with a day off given M-F
Skills Required:
G Suite/Microsoft Office
Personable interpersonal/phone skills
Strong Google/internet search abilities
Ability to work Saturdays
Some outside labor may be required
Able to lift up to 30 lbs
