- I certify that, to my knowledge, I am not diagnosed with any medical condition that may affect the process or outcome of the tattoo session. If I have any questions, I’ll ask the tattoo artist.
- I declare that I have received clear and appropriate information regarding any questions or concerns related to the tattoo.
- I verify that I like the placement and size of the tattoo before the session begins. In the case of words or script, I verify that the spelling is correct and am aware that the artist will tattoo the spelling that was given to them.
- I also pledge to respect the artist’s recommendations on after‐care and any necessary precautions.
- I agree to respect the studio policy regarding di scrimination and respect (please take a second to review the policy on the wall in the entrance room)
- I’m not pregnant or breast-feeding.
- I have eaten something today.
New shop safety protocols (COVID-19):
- Get to the studio on time. The waiting area will be closed. Your artist will be waiting for you and show you to their station, where you will have a place to put your belongings.
- Do not come in in advance or late. If you get to the studio before your appointment, please wait outside.
- Be conscientious of our work place, try not to touch the surroundings and keep a distance with other artists and clients.
- Come to your appointment alone.
- Bring your own water bottle, no beverages will be provided at the studio.
- Bring your own mask and wear it before walking into the shop. If you do not have a mask, please contact your artist before the day of your appointment.
- Wash your hands before your tattoo.
- Ask your artist’s prefered payment mode BEFORE your appointment.
If you have covid-19 symptoms, contact your artist and we will post-pone the appointment.
