This HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made by and between Be
The Boss Of Your Motorcycle! ®, LLC (the "Indemnity"), located at 101 Blue Moon
Crossing, Suite 3, Box 134, Pooler, Georgia 31322, and (the
"Indemnifier"), named below. The Indemnity and Indemnifier may be referred to
individually as the "Party", or collectively, the “Parties".
WHEREAS, the Indemnifier desires to hold harmless and indemnify the Indemnity from
al liabilities, losses, claims, judgments, suits, fines, penalties, demands or expenses
that may result from the indemnifiers participation in the Activity defined in

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants and
agreements set forth herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS
• Words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
• A reference to one gender shall include a reference to the other genders.
• A reference to writing or written includes e-mail.
• Any obligation in this Agreement on a Party not to do something includes an
obligation not to agree or allow that thing to be done.
• Any phrase introduced by the terms "including", "include", "in particular "or any
similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense
of the words preceding those terms.
• References to sections or clauses are to the sections or clauses of this
"Activity" shall mean: Any and all Be The Boss Of Your Motorcycle! ®, LLC -
Advanced Slow-Speed Motorcycle Riding Practice Sessions and/or events.
1. Acknowledgment of Inherent Risk
I acknowledge and understand that participation in any activity, instruction, training,
demonstration, event, or gathering associated with, Be The Boss Of Your Motorcycle!®
involves inherent and unavoidable risks, including but not limited to serious bodily
injury, permanent disability, property damage, or death.
These risks may arise from, but are not limited to:
• Operation of motorcycles or motorized vehicles, including motorcycles authorized
for supervised instructional or training purposes
• Road, terrain, or surface conditions
• Environmental or weather conditions
• Mechanical or equipment failure

• The actions or inactions of myself or others
• Instructional or observational activities
I knowingly, voluntarily, and freely assume all such risks, whether known or unknown,
anticipated or unanticipated, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
2. Release and Hold Harmless Agreement
In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby fully and irrevocably
release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:
Be The Boss Of Your Motorcycle!®, its founders, owners, instructors, representatives,
agents, contractors, volunteers, ambassadors, sponsors, affiliates, successors, and
assigns and any property owners, landholders, venue operators, municipalities, or
managing entities where activities occur, from any and all claims, demands, actions,
causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees,
arising out of or related to my participation, including claims based on negligence, to
the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, except where prohibited by law or arising
from willful misconduct or gross negligence.
3. Indemnification
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the released parties from and against
any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal
fees) arising from:
• My participation or presence at any activity or location
• My actions or omissions
• Any claim brought by a third party related to my conduct
4. Assumption of Responsibility
I affirm that:
• I am physically, mentally, and legally capable of participating.
• I possess any required licenses or endorsements under applicable local law.
• I am solely responsible for my equipment, safety gear, and compliance with all
laws, rules, and instructions.
• I further acknowledge that any motorcycle authorized for my use by, Be The Boss
Of Your Motorcycle!® is intended solely for supervised instructional use. I agree to
operate such motorcycles responsibly and follow all instructor direction. I
understand I may be financially responsible for damage caused by negligent
operation, reckless conduct, intentional misuse, unauthorized use, or failure to
follow instruction.
Required Protective Gear:
I acknowledge that the following protective gear is required during all riding activities:
• DOT-approved helmet
• Gloves

• Closed-toe footwear
• Long pants
5. Insurance and Medical Responsibility
I acknowledge that, Be The Boss Of Your Motorcycle!® does not provide medical,
accident, health, or liability insurance. I accept full responsibility for obtaining and
maintaining any appropriate insurance coverage and for all medical expenses arising
from participation.
6. Media Release and Global Usage Authorization
I grant, Be The Boss Of Your Motorcycle!®, its affiliates, and assigns the perpetual,
irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, photograph, film, livestream,
reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use my name, likeness, image,
voice, appearance, and participation in any medium now known or later developed.
This authorization includes, without limitation, use in:
• YouTube and all video platforms
• Social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and
future platforms)
• Websites, email campaigns, digital advertising, and print materials
• Educational, instructional, promotional, documentary, and commercial content
• I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product and waive any right to
compensation or royalties.
I understand recordings may not capture all activity, conversations, angles, or
incidents.
7. No Professional Duty or Instructional Guarantee
I understand that any instruction, demonstration, or guidance provided is educational
in nature only and does not constitute professional instruction, certification, or
supervision. I remain solely responsible for my actions and decisions at all times.
8. Governing Law, Venue & International Applicability
This agreement shall be interpreted to provide the maximum legal protection permitted
under applicable law, regardless of the jurisdiction in which participation occurs.
To the extent permitted, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in
which the activity occurred, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision
is deemed unenforceable in a given jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain
fully enforceable.
9. Severability
If any portion of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall
continue in full force and effect.

I acknowledge that I have read this agreement in its entirety, understand its contents,
and voluntarily agree to be legally bound by it.
