The doctor will call you after patient hours. This is typically done at lunch or in the early evening. Once called, you will receive a link in your text message which will connect you to a video conference.
****Note all telemedicine appointment times are rough estimates with a 20 minute window. If you are not called within 20 minutes of your appointment time, kindly call the office as many times the calls go straight to voicemail (silenced ring). If we are unable to reach you within 20 minutes of your anticipated time, we will have to reschedule for the next day and you will be considered a no show and subjected to a $50 fee.
For insurance to cover a telemdicine visit, you must be in your home and all minors must be with parent or legal guardian.
If you have changed your insurance, pharmacy or any other medications, please ensure you update your file and notify the doctor during the visit.
Any lab work needed or reviewed will be discussed during the visit.
If anything is missing, our office will notify you as soon as possible.
