    Thank you so much for your interest in participating in our Annual Pop Up/ Community Event. We would love to host your business as a part of our Small Business Economic Growth and  Community Building Event.

    There is no electricity so please bring a generator.   Please complete all fields of this application. 

    Early Bird/ Back To School Speacial's are non-refundable vendor fee that must be paid to be considered a vendor.

    Your application will be reviewed within 24/48 hours. After we have accepted your application we will dm or email you with the payment instructions. We are excited to bring monthly fun, food and quality products to the South LA Community.  

    Once you have paid your vendor fee we promote your business  on all our platforms once a week so tag us to repost sales, other events, products, etc ( It's about you and not us). This is in additions to the event flyer that will have all logos for you to post on your page as well as flyer in the community.

    We have friendly staff to assist with unloading and loading your items ( tips required) 

    We will do grassroots promotion a week before the event including posting flyers in local businesses as well as door to door flyer promotion within 5 miles of the venue. We want to get the local community excited about our event. We want to ensure customer participation for you as a vendor. Looking forward to working with you.

    Fashion Show Particpants: You provide your own models ( limit 5). Additional $25 to participate in the Fashion Show. This includes your booth space. Your runway music and your show can be as creative as you like. Let's showcase your brand. 

    We will be Celebrating Culture, Community, Food, Music, Art and much more in the Family Friendly Community of Park Mesa.

    🚨ALL REGISTERED VENDORS WILL RECEIVE FREE WEEKLY PROMOTION STARTING 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE🚨 

    ‼️ All Registered Vendors will go into our Business Directory for Free. This is an opportunity to List your Business Website or link to your Social Media Page in our Business Directory in order to expand your customer access and followers‼️

    🌟You can also participate in our Sunday Live Segment. " What Inspired you to start your own business"( 1st Come 1st Serve)

    🏁 Payment is via Zelle, Cash App or Cash if you are in the Los Angeles area🏁

     

    ( Outdoor Event Information Below 👇🏾) 

    Each Small Business vendor must bring own 6-foot table, chairs and tenant. Generators are needed for power, please bring a trash can for every booth. you will be provided a 10x10 space. 

    If you would like to rent a table ($12) or chairs ($3 per chair) please let us know in advance. 

    Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands however, if you are bringing an additonal table you MUST notify the event team at the time of registration. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music is prohibited.

    Black Business Nework LA is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the exposition floor. In addition, BBNLA assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects.

    Check In/Registration will be assigned prior to the event date. Please bring your own trash cans. 

    Vendors must pay the registration fee before vending space is reserved. 

    Registration fees are non-refundable. If you have to reschedule due to an emergency you will need ro reschedule by the following event date.  In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, Covid stay home order than vendors will have the option to be refunded or reserve their space for a new date.
