Join our virtual step challenge from March 1st through March 31st. For a small donation, you’ll be added to our private Facebook group for daily motivation, recipes, and tips on personalizing your plate to celebrate National Nutrition Month®! All proceeds will be donated to Meals on Wheels of Delaware.
There will be a daily post in the challenge Facebook group to log your steps from that day. The goal is to log a cumulative 310,000 steps in March, an average of 10,000 steps a day. If you are already achieving this, you can push yourself to achieve 465,000 steps by the end of March, an average of 15,000 steps!
Logging your activity can be completed by submitting a screenshot of your step tracking on your smartwatch, pedometer, or fitness tracking app.
