The purpose of WWUA Alumni events is to bring veterans back together to continue to build camaraderie and for unstructured peer to peer support. We have allowed guests for past events under certain conditions.
(1) Guest travel is at the expense of the sponsor.
(2) Lodging accomodations will be made for guests to stay with their sponsor provided additional rooms or expenses are not necessary.
(3) The event is for camaraderie and support, not a working vacation for the sponsor and their guests to sightsee and not be involved with the group.
(4) Guests are the responsibility of the sponsor. If the guest is a minor and the sponsor intends to umpire games, the sponsor must make arangements for appropriate supervision while on the field.
