PHOTO USES - Sharing photos of my work on my website and various social media platforms for advertising is a key aspect of my business. In an effort to grow my clientele and my business, there may be times that I request photos (before/afters) of your hair to be used online. I would greatly appreciate your consent to use these images for the use of advertising my work. Please consent below for any use/future use of your imagery.

Tardiness Policy: In order to best serve everyone, if you are running late please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. My clients are typically scheduled back to back so when you are extremely late it can throw off my entire schedule, causing every client after you to be seen late.

Cancellation Policy: While I understand that things happen or there may be an emergency, I do also respectfully ask that you please value my time as well. As your stylist, I make every attempt to accommodate my client's schedule and would please ask that you, as a client do the same. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so could result in a non-refundable cancellation fee for half of the amount of your services booked. No shows will lose the ability to book another appointment and will be subject to an appointment fee.

Service Satisfaction Policy: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction, therefore I do not give refunds. I will however make appropriate adjustments if you are having any difficulties with your color or cut. Please contact me within 4 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional cost. Any re-do service must be scheduled within 10 days of your original service. Any longer than that and it will be considered a new service (because your hair/color will have grown out). Any adjustments made must be in line with our original consultation.
