Voting rights at AGMs or General Meeting can only be exercised by Participant members or Technical Members that are active/current and fully paid at the time of the AGM or General Meeting. Active Gymnasts enrolling for the full term will automatically be considered a Participant member as defined by the PRG constitution and will be assigned voting rights. Gymnasts 16 years and above may exercise their voting rights themselves. If they choose to do so, they may assign their voting rights to a nominated parent/guardian instead. If the gymnast is under 16 years of age, please nominate one parent/guardian who will exercise voting rights in relation to the enrolled gymnast. Please read and acknowledge statement below to be accepted as a participant member of PRGSC or the nominated voting delegate for participant members under 16 years of age.
