I certify that I may legally own a gun under both federal and state laws.

1. I agree to abide by the club's bylaws and understand I may be expelled for violation or misconduct as defined by the Board of Directors.

2. Annual dues must be paid by the first of January of each year. Otherwise, Membership and any rights and privileges shall cease immediately.

3. Applications will be submitted to a club officer and duly considered at the Board of Directors' earliest gathering. If approval by the Board is granted, access to the club property and full membership rights is still contingent upon receipt by the club of all fees and the completion of orientation.

4. Associate Membership: $800.00 Membership Initiation Fee and $200.00 Annual Membership Dues (Jan-Jun) for a total of $1,000.00 or $100.00 Annual Membership Dues (Jul-Dec) for a total of $900.00. If an applicant is over 75, the BOD can waive the $800.00 initiation fee.

5. Active Military Membership: $200.00 Annual Membership Dues (Jan-Jun) or $100.00 (Jul-Dec). The $800.00 initiation fee is waived. Payment of the initiation fee of $800.00 will be required once the member is no longer active military or has retired from the military.

6. Life Membership: $3,500.00 Life Membership Initiation Fee and do not pay annual dues.

7. I have read and understood the Bylaws section relating to Membership as outlined in Articles Two through Eight (see a copy of the bylaws online at www.partridgecreekgunclub.com).

If my application is approved, I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and Bylaws of the Partridge Creek Gun Club. I will also sign and am subject to the Acknowledgment of Risks, Legal Rights Waiver, Liability Release, and Hold Harmless Agreement. Additionally, I understand and consent for Partridge Creek Gun Club to perform a background check as a part of the membership application process if necessary.

ALL MEMBERS MUST SIGN THE RULES AND REGULATIONS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM, GUESTS, MINORS, AND HIS/HER PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. MINORS MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.

● All (members and guests) must sign the logbook in the Sporting Clays and Trap clubhouse.

● Management reserves the right to remove any shooter who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

● Eye and hearing protection must be worn at all times on the ranges.

● Guns must be unloaded and actions open at all times except when on the shooting station/box.

● Do not load a gun until your turn to shoot and you are on station/box.

● Always keep the muzzle of your gun pointed in a safe direction.

● Carry an over and under shotgun on your shoulder, so the butt of the stock is on your shoulder.

● While waiting your turn to shoot, you should be behind the shooter and clear of his/her field of vision.

● NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, JUDGMENT, OR REFLEX IMPAIRING MEDICATION ARE ALLOWED BEFORE OR DURING SHOOTING.

● Only shooters and officials are allowed on the ranges.

● Always use Target Loads only (LEAD SHOT ONLY) 7-1/2size shot or smaller (7-1/2, 8, 8-1/2 or9).

● Never load more shells than needed for the target presentation.

● NO hunting.

● Never leave a station with a loaded gun. Call the club office if you have a mechanical problem that prevents the gun from being made safe.

● A person must have a valid driver’s permit and be at least 16 years of age to drive any club property vehicle.

● If driving, use extreme caution, respect fellow shooters walking, and moderate your speed.

● All pets are to be on a leash during competitions and under the owner’s control at all other times.

● Only Members are allowed in the Trap or Skeet houses to load or release a target. All skeet and trap machines must be uncocked before closing.
