  • For Events, please fill out this form 6-8 weeks before you need your event advertised. This allows for ample time to create and edit all the assets and to properly schedule its advertising. Thank you!

    For those who have multiple people running/heading up an event: We will need one head contact person. Please have this person fill out all the necessary forms. We will run all communications through them through email. Other people are welcomed on emails, but we will defer to the head contact person for final confirmations.

    Please note we will try to honor your date requests, but cannot guarantee them.

  • When creating a registration form, I always link it to the event in CCB. This way, when a prospecitve participant fills out the form, they are automatically registered as attending in CCB. If you need to collect payments in installments, I will be contacting you about the best way we can do that.
