At Silvana's we pride ourselves in achieving your hair goals! In order for us to do our job efficiently, we do require some information from our new guests. The following form will help us establish the best approach in achieving exactly what you're looking for! If you are not comfortable filling out this information, you are welcome to come into the salon for a consultation ($37).

For any new clients booking appointments, please call with your credit card information upon confirmation of your upcoming reservation with us. There is a 48 hour cancellation notice, without this notice a 50% non refundable fee of the appointment scheduled will be charged.

We require a recent photo of your hair, and a photo of your desired look. The photo of your hair now does not need to have your face visible - we just require an image of your hair. If you aren't able to upload photos to this form, please email them to us directly at info@silvanas.ca

This information helps us better understand what your hair can handle, and if the proper upkeep for the desired look can be managed. Upon booking with us, your technician will go over the information on this form more thoroughly. Your information is for salon purposes only. In-person consultations are also available for a standard appointment fee of $37.

We reserve the right to reject your appointment request if the appropriate information is not provided, or if we are unable to achieve what you are looking for.
