Terms and Conditions
When ordering a RENTAL sign from RDM Yard Greetings, I agree to take care of them while they are in my yard, including NOT moving them, NOT mowing, and NOT attaching balloons to them.
I understand any damage or loss of signs will be billed to me.
I understand RDM Yard Greeting is not liable for injuries that may be caused to any person while the greeting is in your yard.
I understand that photographs will be taken of the signs and my home may appear in the photo (addresses/exact location will not be shared.}
In case of inclement weather or high winds, I understand that signs can/will be rescheduled and/or refund given.
Please be sure to water your yard more than usual the day before your installation! If sign stakes are unable to penetrate the ground without breaking, customer is subject to our cancellation policy.
* No cancellations allowed. Please make sure you are confident prior to booking. Even if you cancel, you will not be given a refund. (We special order certain themed pieces after you book with us, therefore we do not offer refunds for this reason. Thank you for understanding.)
No refunds will be given for any of the following reasons (things YOU can control):
Home Owners Association does not allow us to install (Please make sure your HOA allows this type of display.)
Pets/Yard Maintenance (Make sure your pets are put away while we are installing. Please also make sure your yard is free of trash, debris, and animal feces. We will NOT set up is it is not clear or if the grass is overgrown or unkept.)
Gated Community Not Allowing Access (We will reach out and make multiple attempts to reach you) We understand signs can be intalled at a different address that is different from yours. Please inform the home owner 24 hours prior to us arriving.
If YOU enter the WRONG address, or age of recipient, or Spell Recipient's NAME incorrectly, you will NOT receive a refund.
No refunds will be given for any circumstances that prevent us from setting up the sign, that is beyond our control.
- If you must cancel your booking, you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.
