You will be required to provide a Preparation Sheet for your Workshoppers prior to their Class. This should detail what tools or items that are not included in the price anf for them to bring along with them.
Please keep in mind your Class nominated times are stricly adhered to. There is a 30 min pack up and clean up allocated after the conclusion of your session. If your workshop is looking like not staying within the nominated times please notify Melek immediately on 0458 403 090 to ensure extra time is allowed to you. You are also encouraged to come to the Studio and explore the surroundings and make sure you are familiar with what is available to you, to utilise. Location of toilets, tea/coffee station, powers points etc. Melek will work closely with you to ensure you have everything you need.
The Final Price for your Workshop will include costs associated with Room Hire, Catering, Apron supply + laundering and the Booking Fee. A small component will also cover the Marketing & Promotion conducted by Melek of House of Artisan. We are estimating this cost to be around $40 - 45 pp. You are not required to spend any money on advertising your Workshops, however you are encouraged to share on any of your Social Media Platforms and of course Word Of Mouth.
In the event that less than the minimum number of 4 spots are booked, that Class will be either postponed to your next nominated time slot or a refund provided to the students, whichever they prefer.
You will be paid by bank transfer the Monday following your Workshop, we cannot pay cash sorry, there must be a trail of payments.
