If you have not already EMAILED your image(s) to LAMBFINEART@GMAIL.COM, please attach reference or inspiration photo(s) below. If your images do not fit, please EMAIL me the picture(s) at lambfineart@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to our meeting (if we have already scheduled one) or at the time you submit this form. If you have multiple pictures, I will ask questions to help understand which is the best one for us to use.

What is an inspiration or reference photo? This can mean the actual image you want me to paint from, multiples of your favorite images, or even other art that serves as inspiration (if there's another piece of artwork that really vibes with you that you want me to see).

Hint: The CLEARER/LESS-blurry the image, the better of a painting I can make from it, especially if you're going for one of the "portrait" and not "abstract" options! Hint: if it's blurry when you try zoom in to make it be about 4"x6" on the screen (a greeting card size), I would prefer a less blurry image. If you have multiple images, please send all your faves--I love using my eye to choose the one that will make the best painting.

FOR MURALS Please include images of the wall you want painted. If you don't want the entire wall painted, please indicate where you are thinking with a visual marker (painter's tape works well).

Please either email or attach at least 1 image, and no more than 10 images. (If you need to send more than 10, please send a sharing link via email rather than attachments.)

If I don't have reference images, it's harder for me to get an understanding of your needs, but still possible.
If you need me to take the image, there may be an additional $300 charge (within 50 minute drive).
I rarely stitch together 2 photos; this can often result in a contrived or awkward final piece, especially for more realistic human portraits. But if you have a wild idea, ask!
I ask for multiple images to help me achieve an understanding of the subject matter, AND to help me pick the best one to paint from.

BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT

I understand that with the exception of murals, the artist may or may not fulfull any edit requests to completed work; edit requests are at her discretion only. I understand that the more thorough I am on this form the more awesome the art will be! I understand that I have the option to schedule a zoom meeting should I need to provide more information to convey my vision. I understand that the artist, and only the artist, retains reproduction rights of any art she creates, even if my images or ideas inspired it, and if I want to make prints of any artwork LaMB Fine Art produces, i.e. cards, stickers, etc. that this is not included in purchase of original and I must request to purchase art licensing. I hereby attest that I am either the owner of any photos I am requesting to be painted, or I have permission to reproduce them. Should any party file a formal complaint against LaMB Fine Art, LLC, or Laura Marie Blankenship, regarding the artwork I commission herein, I agree to pay all legal fees incurred. I attest that I have the consent of the guardians of any minors in the images provided to reproduce their likeness.
