Are you looking for:

*This puppy is a purebred Australian Shepherd. This puppy is of typical temperament and structure, and embodies the basic standards of the Australian Shepherd breed. The pedigree furnished by the seller is correct. The puppy is registered with AKC and ASCA. Buyer is required to register puppy in both registrations and is responsible for expenses. The puppy's are being sold with limited registration and may NOT be bred. The registered name of puppy must start with ANTIQUE. *Health records will be provided to new owner when the puppy is released to the new owner. Seller will make every effort to disclose any hernias or undescended testicles if noticed but are not responsible if not disclosed at time of sale. By signing, the buyer understands and accepts all seller conditions. *Seller suggest if you are going to change dog food to do very gradually. Puppies are currently on Purina Pro Plan, Sport, All life stages, 30/20, chicken. No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are made under this contract except as stated above. BUYER AGREEMENT: Buyer agrees that if at any time, and for any reason, he/she is unable to keep or properly care for the puppy, it shall be surrendered to the seller. The buyer shall under NO circumstances surrender the puppy/dog to a shelter or be sold to another buyer. Buyer understands these conditions and by signing this contract agrees to these conditions. Buyer agrees to maintain the puppy health with yearly vaccinations and heartworm as specified by their veterinarian. Buyer must inform vet of MDR m/m. Should the puppy become ill or unsound, any and all costs of treatment will be the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer agrees to socialize and train this puppy. Taking it to classes is critical creating good social skills to become a good companion for the whole family. Remember the more time and training you put into your new puppy will pay off for years to come. Buyer agrees to allow seller to stop in for puppy wellness checks as long as arrangements are made prior to that date. Special agreements pertaining to the purchase of this puppy are listed below: Neutering: if sold as a pet/companion, this puppy is on a spay or neuter contract and must be taken to a vet for surgery by or around its 1st birthday or pending veterinarian recommendations.

** Please Note: Seller will provide the Buyer with a sound and healthy puppy to the best of their knowledge. Seller does require the buyer to take to a veterinarian within 72 hours of picking up the puppy for a health check and report back to the seller. Seller is not responsible to.cover any vet expenses. It is also suggested to take a fecal sample in from the puppy to test for parasites. Failure to do so results in no health guarantees (hips eyes and elbows). If the buyer furnishes the seller with a veterinary certificate indicating that the puppy is unwell or unsound, the puppy must be returned before an additional 48 hours passes from the exam to cover a replacement puppy. Buyer must contact the seller immediately after the appointment. Buyer is responsible for all shipping to return the puppy and veterinary expenses. Seller will provide a replacement puppy from the existing litter if one is available or a puppy from the next litter whelped. Under NO circumstances will the seller refund any of the purchase price. Show Puppies: . Performance/Conformation/Breeding: . If puppy is sold as a show prospect for any division listed above, the puppy must be placed with a handler for showing or the buyer must make every effort to get the puppy finished with a championship by (3) years of age. Seller reserves one breeding per year to the puppy boy or a reduced purchase price of no more then $800 for a puppy produced from a puppy bitch. Before breeding above puppy, they must have acceptable clearance testing provided by the buyer. Eyes cleared, good or excellent elbows & hips, and a MDR1 test, no more then 60 days after their 2 yr old birthday.

If the puppy is being SHIPPED, either carry on or cargo, there is an additional $250 expense for delivering to the airport. Buyer has the option of picking up the puppy to avoid that additional charge and must arrange a time for pick up with seller. If they puppy is required a health certificate for transportation on a airline, buyer is responsible for vet charges and there is a $50 transportation fee to the vet. Southwest DOES NOT require a health certificate for carry on. If a puppy is being delivered out of state there is a $200 charge. This must be prearranged. We only agree if it is a state directly on a boarder of Colorado.
