This puppy is a purebred Australian Shepherd. This puppy is of typical temperament and structure, and embodies the basic standards of the Australian Shepherd breed. The pedigree furnished by the seller is correct. The puppy is registered with AKC and ASCA. Buyer is required to register puppy in both registrations. Buyer is required to show proof of spay or neuter by age of 1 year. The registered name of puppy must start with: ANTIQUE. Health records will be provided to new owner when the puppy is released to new owner. The puppy's are being sold with limited registration and may NOT be bred. The Buyer understands and accepts this condition of sale by signing this contract. Seller will provide buyer with a sound and healthy puppy to the best of their knowledge. Seller does require buyer to take the puppy to a veterinarian within 72 hours of picking up the puppy for a health check and report back to the seller. Failure to do so results in no health guarantees. The purchase price of the puppy will be refunded if the buyer furnishes the seller with a veterinary certificate indicating that the puppy is unwell or unsound. Puppy must be returned before that 72 hour period. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and veterinary expenses. Seller will provide buyer with a small bag of puppy food that the puppy is currently on and if the buyer chooses to change the puppy food, will do so in a gradually manor. Puppies are currently on Purina Pro Plan, Sport, All life stages, 30/20. No other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied are made under this contract except as stated above. BUYER AGREEMENT Buyer agrees that if at any time, and for any reason, he/she is unable to keep or properly care for the puppy, it shall be returned to the seller. The buyer shall under NO circumstances surrender the puppy/dog to a shelter or be sold to another buyer. Buyer understands these conditions and by signing this contract agrees to these conditions. Buyer agrees to maintain the puppy health with yearly vaccinations and heartworm as specified by their veterinarian. Buyer must inform vet of MDR m/m. Should the puppy become ill or unsound, any and all costs of treatment will be the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer agrees to socialize and train this puppy. Taking it to classes is critical creating good social skills to become a good companion for the whole family. Remember the more time and training you put into your new puppy will pay off for years to come. Buyer agrees to allow seller to stop in for puppy wellness checks as long as arrangements are made prior to that date. Special agreements pertaining to the purchase of this puppy are listed below: Neutering: if sold as a pet/companion, this puppy is on a spay or neuter contract and must be taken to a vet for surgery by its 1st birthday.

Show Puppies: . Performance/Conformation/Breeding: . If puppy is sold as a show prospect for any division listed above, the puppy must be placed with a handler for showing or the buyer must make every effort to get the puppy finished with a championship by (3) years of age. Seller reserves one breeding per year to the puppy boy or a reduced purchase price of no more then $800 for a puppy produced from a puppy bitch. Before breeding above puppy, they must have acceptable clearance testing provided by the buyer. Eyes cleared, good or excellent elbows & hips, and a MDR1 test, no more then 60 days after their 2 yr old birthday.

If the puppy is being SHIPPED, either carry on or cargo, there is an additional $250 expense for delivering to the airport. Buyer has the option of picking up the puppy to avoid that additional charge and must arrange a time for pick up with seller. If they puppy is required a health certificate for transportation on a airline, buyer is responsible for vet charges and there is a $50 transportation fee to the vet. Southwest DOES NOT require a health certificate for carry on.
