ACCEPTING THE SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS
By signing below, I/We accept all terms and conditions set out in this Enrolment Package. Subject to the terms set out in the Enrolment Package, I/we have completed the enrolment of my child for the 2021-2022 academic year. I/We agree that there is no obligation on the school to accept or enrol my child for this or any future academic year. By enroling in Associated Hebrew Schools of Toronto, a student automatically assumes the obligation to comply with the school’s Code of Conduct. The school reserves the right to withdraw a student where the continued attendance of that student would not be in the best interests of the student or the school. In these circumstances, the school will make reasonable efforts to assist the family in securing suitable alternative educational arrangements.
WITHDRAWAL OF REGISTRATION AND APPLICABLE PENALTIES
If a registration for a student is withdrawn penalties will apply as follows:
Before or on July 31, 2021......................................... $500 (deposit)
After July 31, 2021 and prior to 1st day of school......... 10% of tuition
After school commences........................................... 10% of tuition, PLUS pro-rated tuition
AT LEAST ONE AUTHORIZED PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST SIGN BELOW
