- Must be a ward of the court or in foster care
- Current-year high school senior or college student
- Ward of the Court (FAFSA SAR Student Aid Report shows EFC proof when requested)
- U.S. Citizen
- GPA of 2.5 or higher (4.0 scale)
- Accepted and enrolled in 2 and/or 4 year accredited postsecondary institution in the fall term immediately following high school graduation
- Applicants must attach a 500 (minimum) word essay
- Application Deadline: July 2, 2024 (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Decision: August 2024
